No. It is an independent workplace-language translator and professional wording helper.
Why is Google login required?
Login enforces free lifetime credits, character limits, and anti-abuse controls before the backend spends AI credits.
How many free credits do new users get?
New users get 5 lifetime credits for Short texts up to 500 characters.
Can I paste confidential text?
No. Avoid confidential, personal, proprietary, financial, medical, legal, or regulated information.
Does analytics receive my text?
Frontend analytics should only receive safe category fields such as page type, CTA location, mode, and length tier. It must not receive source text or AI output.
What backend API does the frontend expect?
The app expects NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL with /api/auth/google, /api/auth/me, /api/auth/logout, /api/translate, and PayPal payment endpoints from docs/API_CONTRACT.md.
Can AI output be wrong?
Yes. Treat output as a draft to review, edit, and contextualize.
